Library Display Case Policy
As part of its public service and information mission, the library provides a display case for community use. The case is available on a first-come, first-served reservation basis for educational, artistic, informational, or cultural displays.
The library will take every precaution to safeguard the displays exhibited by keeping the case locked. However, the library assumes no liability for damage to the displayed items. A display case agreement must be signed before an exhibit is placed in the case (Sample included below). A time for the display to be removed will be established when the agreement is signed.
A "credit line" (sign stating sponsorship of display) will be included in each display.
Final authority for display approval rests with the Library directory or appointed staff.
