8/10/ 26 Board Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Mary Webb, Cara Arver, Ruth Rowe, Connie Heidbrink and Carmita Hunter

Meeting called to order by Cara Arver at 9:59am.

Mary presented information from Sturgis Bank and Trust in regards to our CD renewal as it was due for renewal. The bank provided four options ranging from 3 - 12 months. The overall difference between them was roughly $60. A brief discussion took place regarding the interest rate, duration and current position of finances. Given the convenience of timing, a motion was made to renew the CD for 12 months. This would alleviate any additional charges or complications with shorter terms. Mary will add the next renewal on the agenda for our July 2027 board meeting.

Motion was made by Cara Arver, seconded by Ruth Rowe. All members were in favor. Motion carried.

Cara made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:05am.
